Angel Adames is charged with first-, second-, and third-degree homicide, according to court records.
Adames allegedly shot and killed 55-year-old Crammer in a first-floor apartment at 2105 Penn Avenue on June 25, Spring police have said. The 56-year-old suspect lived in the apartment upstairs and was arrested at the scene, according to officials.
Crammer's obituary says he was a "loving husband and father" who was "unfairly taken from the people who love him." He was the owner of Image Plus Dental Design in Reading, family members wrote.
In addition to the murder charges, Adames is accused of aggravated assault and burglary, as shown in court records. He has been held without bail and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Aug. 13.
